We (Jiangsu haohua industry group co.,ltd.)supplies the most common 45°elbow ,90°elbow and 180°elbow,the material is heat resistant alloy stainless steel,CAE Process Design Technology method or by Resin Sand Static Casting method Etc. under strict NDT tests like RT test.
CAE is used to simulate temperature field distribution, mold filling and solidification processes. Through repeated design and verification, a precise top and bottom mold clamping design is adopted, and finally a reasonable pre-production casting plan is formulated.
